Cooling Rose Water Lassi
Here’s an ayurvedic yoghurt drink that’s delicious and healthy for kids and grown up folks alike.
- Aids digestion, reduces bloating and gas 
- Yoghurt’s probiotics enhance healthy gut flora 
- Pitta-balancing: Yoghurt is very medicinal in ayurveda.When prepared correctly, diluted and blended with digestive spices, lassis treat chronic gut issues such as IBS. 
Ingredients
1 cup of organic yoghurt
3/4 cup of filtered water
1-2 teaspoons of organic rose water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (or more!)
1-1.5 tsps of raw honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes and enjoy!
Soak chia seeds in the lassi for half an hour to boost protein.
NOTES
Rose is a very cooling, soothing, and spiritually connecting plant which helps to COOL down an over-heated PITTA type & with its divine aroma, helps CALM & UPLIFT us all.
Cardamom is also cooling and the best go-to summer spice to add to dishes and drinks to counter excess heat in the body (e.g. skin irritations).
