Ayurvedic Chai Biscuits
- Tri-doshic - Suitable for Vata, Pitta & Kapha 
- Makes approximately 10 biscuits 
Ingredients
½ cup Plain organic flour
¼ cup Semolina
¼ cup Buckwheat flour (Kapha balancing)
½ cup Jaggery packed well, or raw sugar/ coconut sugar
½ tsp Cardamom powder
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
½ tsp Ginger powder
4 Tab Ghee
2 Tab Almond meal (blitz some almonds)
1 Tab Sunflower seeds ground (or add more almond meal)
¼ cup Milk unhomogenised, organic, or nut milk
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and add milk as required to achieve required consistency to roll balls in the palm of your hand. 
- Roll biscuit batter into balls in your hand and place on a baking tray. Flatten each biscuit with the back of a fork. 
- Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. 
- Cool on a tray and enjoy with chai tea.
